Scope of Services - End to End HR Service:

  • Dedicated Single Point of Contact : A dedicated Single Point of Contact will be assigned (offsite) to ensure top-notch service delivery and quality.
  • Salary Structure Fixation: Assistance in configuring employees' salary structures in compliance with statutory requirements and minimum wage standards.
  • Offer and Appointment Letters: Handling the issuance of offer and appointment letters for all selected candidates.
  • Joining Formalities: Guiding new recruits through their joining formalities and advising on the issuance of Employee ID cards.
  • Tax Declarations: Collection of Income Tax declaration forms from new hires.
  • Nomination Forms: Collection of various nomination forms (EPF/ESI/Gratuity Act/Payment of Wages Rules) as required.
  • Employee Personal Files: Maintenance of comprehensive personal files for employees with proper checklists, kept at the client premises.
  • EPF and ESI Details: Creation/mapping of ESI IP numbers and EPF UAN numbers for new hires as needed.
  • KYC Updates: Support in updating employee KYC details for EPF/ESI.
  • Probation Confirmation: Issuance of probation confirmation letters after management confirmation.
  • Attendance-based Salary Processing: Employee salary processing based on attendance sheets from the client's SPOC.
  • Leave Summary: Provision of leave summaries.
  • Income Tax Projections: Emailing income tax projections to employees.
  • Banking Operations: Generating bank statements and various bank transfer formats (CSV, Excel, customized) for salary payments.
  • Salary Slip Distribution: Generating employee salary slips and forwarding them to respective employees via official or personal email, as per management confirmation.
  • EPF and ESI Challan Generation: Creating EPF and ESI challans after confirmation from the accounts team.
  • Disciplinary Procedures: Handling disciplinary processes for absconding cases, including issuance of notices and termination letters.
  • Exiting Employee No Dues: Coordinating the collection of "No Dues Certificates" from client SPOCs for exiting employees.
  • Full & Final Settlement: Processing full and final settlements for resigned employees upon receipt of "No Dues Certificates."
  • Relieving and Experience Letters: Sharing relieving letter and experience letter templates based on management confirmation.
  • PF Account Services: Assisting in the transfer of employee PF accounts or withdrawal of PF amounts, if applicable.
  • PF & ESI Inspections: Assisting clients during PF & ESI inspections and liaising with the respective departments.
